1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Users may request a refund within 3 days of their subscription purchase.
  • Refund requests must include a valid reason and the user’s purchase details.
  • Requests made after 3 days from purchase are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Approval & Processing

  • All refund requests are reviewed by our support team.
  • If the request meets eligibility criteria, it will be approved and processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used (PayU, Cashfree, Paytm, Razorpay, Instamojo, etc.).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made after the 3-day window.
  • User dissatisfaction without a valid reason.
  • Partial usage of the subscription where the user enjoyed the paid benefits.
  • Attempts to misuse or abuse the refund process.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time to stop future auto-renewals.
  • Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund; the current period remains active until expiry.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days after the 3-day refund window.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please contact us with the following information: registered email, payment receipt/transaction ID, and reason for refund.


6. Policy Updates

Namaz Finder may update this policy at any time. When we do, we will publish the updated policy on our website or app. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
